Java Lead Software Engineer
For our client, a rapidly growing American startup, we're looking for talented people to help us build the industry’s first end-to-end data security platform to eliminate data breaches in the cloud-native world.
- up to 25 000 PLN net/month - B2B
What we expect
- 6+ years of commercial experience with building software
- Experience in leading a technical team, giving rhythm and harmony
- Ability to deal with non-trivial problems
- Extensive knowledge in instrumentation of Java applications (Java Agents)
- Solid understanding of Java, JVM internals and core packages
- Experience with class loaders, bytecode manipulation libraries (Byte Buddy, ASM, etc.)
- Experience with JDBC, web frameworks (e.g, Spring)
- The ability to find oneself into large scale distributed systems
- English (at least B2 level)

- Open Telemetry or commercial instrumentation agents
- Instrumentation of other languages like Python, Go
- Microservice based applications
- Security - how exploits work. API exploits, data security
- Familiarity in proxies / service meshes (Envoy, HAProxy), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP. Azure), containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Interest in knowledge sharing and willingness to co-create articles, podcasts or video content
