Along with the rapid growth of the company, we are looking for a recruiter at heart. Simply – a person who would own the end-to-end process of talent acquisition from managing the job offer process, serving as the main point of contact to participating in employee onboarding. The ideal candidate also has HR skills and is able to co-create the company’s HR policy to deliver exceptional candidate and employee experience.

What we expect

  • At least a year of experience in a recruiter position with similar responsibilities
  • Knowledge in the field of recruitment and ability to run effective recruitment processes (from preparing job advertisements and searching for employees to verification of applications)
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, the alternative sources and unconventional methods of employees acquisition
  • Serving as the employee brand ambassador and serving as the main point of contact for all the parties throughout the full lifecycle of the hiring process
  • Participation in employee onboarding to ensure the new hire is prepared to begin work
  • Ability to support our HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, and professional growth of employees), implementation of modifications, problem-solving, and making personal decisions
  • Assistance in creating, managing, and running coaching/mentoring projects - introduction of new HR solutions to manage employees more effectively through coaching, instruction, and training
  • Active collaboration with the management team in the area of creating HR policies, determining and achieving KPIs
  • A self-starter and quick learner who is highly motivated and outcome-oriented
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good English skills
  • Great knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel and Word
