A competitive and immensely regulated market which constantly forges ahead with innovative ways to invest money, transfer it and be well-informed about it's wherabaouts.

The Bank has The App, which encompasses all of its services and nowadays stands front and center as a main channel in which those services are being used and bank objectives fulfilled.

There's no place for a mistake when you're dealing with money. Your code has to be solid as rock, secure, tested and compliant with strict set of rules because failure has measurable consequences.

Having that in mind there are business goals to deliver, regulatory deadlines to be met and competition to be out-innovated.

For over a year we've supported The Banks mobile team in development of The App with our knowledge and experience.

Working in FinTech is an experience like no other as there are regulations on top of regulations. Development process is described in painfully detailed documents which not only refer to industry standards but strictly describe their specific usage and allowed implementation. Even the Project Management methodology must be selected from short list of available options with no way do deviate from it.
