Marrodent is a full-service distributor that operates a broad direct sales force to ensure that hundreds of dental practices in Poland and Czechia remain well-equipped and well-supplied.

Since 2016 Marrodent has been a part of Henry Schein, an S&P 500 company.

As Marrodent was growing to become one of the largest distributors of dental supplies in Eastern Europe, it had to rapidly scale its operations and sales force.

This meant not only expanding to e-commerce but also making sure that the sales representatives working directly with practices remained well-informed, up to speed and ready to address doctors' needs as fast as possible. Dedicated software tools were called for.

The work started by providing Marrodent with an e-commerce site and backend applications necessary to run this distribution channel.

A further game-changer was the application we created to support direct sales representatives. As a web app targeting iOS devices, it literally puts up-to-date business-relevant information under the fingertips. From sales and invoice information, through client relationship management and document access, to communication between sales representatives - the app grew to be an invaluable tool that makes direct sales a breeze.
